1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any SMS verification codes associated with your account. You must not share these credentials with any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. gk9998 reserves the right to amend these thresholds with reasonable prior notice.

4.2 Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. gk9998 does not charge platform fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction.

4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in account suspension.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Verified accounts using bKash or Nagad can expect withdrawals within approximately five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.5 gk9998 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification without constituting a breach of these Terms by gk9998.

4.6 Withdrawals of Bonus balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to the withdrawal request being submitted. Funds derived from Bonus winnings that have not satisfied wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 All promotional offers made available by gk9998 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the Bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live table games, including baccarat and roulette, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant bonus page.

5.4 Bonuses are valid for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of credit, unless otherwise stated. Any unmet wagering requirement at the end of this period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus balance and any associated winnings.

5.5 gk9998 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, provided that any Bonus already credited to a Player's account will remain valid under the terms that applied at the time of crediting.

5.6 Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion with other players to generate artificial wagering, or placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk ("bonus abuse"), will result in immediate disqualification of the Bonus and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 All bets placed on the gk9998 platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred (see clause 6.4).

6.2 gk9998 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or restrict stakes on any event at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where gk9998 believes there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or information asymmetry that undermines market integrity.

6.3 The settlement of sports bets is governed by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). gk9998 will not re-settle a bet based on an unofficial source, commentary feed, or unverified report.

6.4 Manifest errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at a price that is clearly erroneous — for example, due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input mistake — gk9998 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's account. gk9998 will notify affected players within 48 hours of identifying a manifest error.

6.5 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are published in the help section of the Platform. gk9998 will not be liable for any amount that exceeds the stated maximum payout for a given market.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 gk9998 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all registered Players with access to the following tools, available at no cost from the account settings panel:

• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.

10. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. gk9998 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

10.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. gk9998 provides the Platform as a form of entertainment. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a guarantee of winnings or a representation that any particular strategy will result in profit.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms
